Head of Fund Finance | Renewable Energy Investor | City | £140,000 - £160,000A leading renewable energy & infrastructure investment firm is looking for a Head of Fund Finance to lead the financial backbone of its infrastructure platform across open and closed-ended funds with around £12bn AUM.This is a senior, visible role with real influence; sitting at the intersection of finance, investment and asset management teams with the mandate to bring them all closer together. You’ll be a true business partner and play a critical role in the growth of the firm.The ideal candidate will have infrastructureThe RoleYou’ll take full ownership of fund finance across the renewable energy and core infrastructure assets, covering accounting, reporting, valuations, tax, debt and governance. You’ll also lead a large, international fund finance team and work closely with senior leadership on key commercial decisions.Key responsibilities include:End‑to‑end fund finance leadership across listed and private structuresOversight of IFRS reporting, audits, financial reporting and investor disclosuresOversight of the valuations team, structuring and advisory for funds, and treasury managementSenior partnering with investment and portfolio teams on transactions, forecasting and performanceLeading and developing relationships with lendersContinuously improving finance systems, data and process transformationAbout YouThis role suits an experienced fund finance leader who is technically strong, commercially minded and comfortable operating at the top table.
