Head of Group Reporting (6-Month – Maternity Cover) Competitive salary and benefits package London We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury retail business to recruit an experienced Head of Group Reporting on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, premium brand environment with a strong international presence. You will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period to be considered for this role. The Role: Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of all group reporting activities, ensuring high-quality, timely financial information across the business. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the group consolidation and monthly reporting process Delivering accurate and insightful board and investor reporting packs Managing statutory reporting and supporting the audit process Overseeing technical accounting matters and ensuring compliance with relevant standards Driving improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business Leading and developing a small, high-performing team

About You: We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will ideally have:

Proven experience in group reporting within a multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Experience within retail, consumer, or a fast-paced multi-site business (highly desirable) The ability to operate at pace and manage competing priorities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
