Now entering a new phase of scale, the organisation is focused on connecting brand investment to measurable commercial performance while building long‑term customer value. As Head of Growth, you will own the end‑to‑end growth engine across all digital touchpoints, bringing together acquisition, retention and performance into one unified commercial system. This is a senior, revenue‑driving role with accountability for marketing efficiency, customer lifetime value and scalable growth across multiple markets. You will lead performance marketing, CRM and agency partners, operating both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑scaling environment. Responsibilities Own and deliver the digital growth strategy across DTC and key e‑retail channels.Translate business targets into clear, measurable acquisition and retention plans.Lead global paid media strategy across major platforms, driving efficient and scalable growth.Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, increasing customer lifetime value through segmentation, personalisation and journey optimisation.Manage external agencies and internal teams to ensure performance, quality and accountability.Connect brand investment to commercial outcomes through clear measurement and reporting.Develop structured testing and experimentation frameworks across channels and markets.Build robust reporting, attribution and dashboarding to ensure full visibility of growth performance.Foster a data‑led, high‑performance culture across the growth function. Experience Requirements Proven experience in a senior growth or performance leadership role within DTC, luxury, beauty or fashion.Strong commercial mindset with clear ownership of revenue, efficiency and ROI.Deep expertise across paid media, CRM and digital growth channels.Experience managing agencies and leading high‑performing teams.Strong analytical capability with confidence working across data, attribution and performance metrics.Comfortable operating strategically while remaining close to execution.Experience working in fast‑scaling, founder‑led or entrepreneurial environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
