Head of Health, Safety and Facilities – £47,540 + Company Car & Benefits– Holton Heath, Dorset. The Role Are you experienced in managing health and safety within busy operational environments? Do you enjoy ensuring sites run safely, efficiently, and without disruption across multiple locations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Head of Health, Safety and Facilities to oversee the day-to-day safety, facilities and vehicle operations across several company sites. These include engineering workshops, yards, offices and one marina location along the South Coast. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will oversee health and safety delivery while ensuring facilities and vehicles remain compliant and fully operational. You will work closely with managers, engineers and operational teams across multiple sites. The role is based in Holton Heath, with regular travel to additional South Coast locations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
