Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Hospitality will be responsible for the delivery of fine dining, conferences and events from 2 -1600 covers. The Head of Hospitality will be responsible for the service standards and profitability of the department. My client is looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar size venue.
