Salary: £60,000-£70,000 Location: Remote (South / Midlands preferred) Contract: Permanent
The Role
We are working with a large, values led not for profit organisation within the housing sector to appoint a Head of Housing Finance . This is a senior role leading all housing related finance activity, both strategic and operational, and reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Finance. This position requires prior Housing Association / Social Housing experience and strong knowledge of rents, service charges and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead housing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long term modelling
Own rents and service charge setting, ensuring compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing
Oversee all housing related accounting and external regulatory reporting (including RCGF)
Prepare financial appraisals for development and asset management, including ROI analysis
