Provide strategic leadership across housing options, homelessness prevention, advice, domestic abuse support, supported accommodation, and rough sleeping services. Drive innovation in early intervention and prevention—tackling the root causes of homelessness and supporting residents to remain independent. Lead and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality, person‑centred housing solutions. Strengthen partnerships across health, social care, voluntary organisations, landlords, and community groups. Ensure compliance with statutory duties under the Homelessness Reduction Act and associated legislation. Oversee service performance, quality assurance, and data‑driven improvement. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring value for money while investing in preventative approaches. Champion a culture focused on inclusion, strengths‑based practice, and exceptional customer experience.

About You

Significant senior leadership experience in housing, homelessness, or related social care/public sector services. A strong understanding of prevention models, homelessness legislation, safeguarding, and housing pathways. The ability to lead through complexity and deliver change with confidence and clarity; a track record of improving services, implementing new models, and driving cultural and organisational transformation. Excellent partnership working skills, able to influence and collaborate across systems. A values‑driven approach with a commitment to tackling inequalities and improving the lives of vulnerable residents.
