UK Head of HR Fintech Trading Platform

Fidarsi are partnering exclusively with a leading Global Fintech Trading Platform who have had significant growth over the last 5 years and are now focusing on further expansion across market share and product development. As a result of this significant growth, they are now looking to appoint a UK Head of HR to report directly to the CEO and have direct exposure to the co-founders.

The role will play an integral part in creating the culture that encourages the employees to freely engage with all aspects of the business and perform to the highest levels, whilst keeping the interests of the company and its clients at the forefront of all its decision making and actions.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Work closely with the CEO and shareholders and support other senior management within the business to resolve challenges related to the employment, development, reward, and retention of staff.
