We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to join a global operations powerhouse, reporting directly to the HR Director and working closely with the UK MD and Leadership Team. You'll be pivotal in shaping and delivering a high-performing HR strategy across multiple UK sites – with strong collaboration across Ireland and Europe.

The Role: Lead and develop a forward-thinking HR team across a complex, matrixed environment Align HR practices with business strategy and values across all sites Influence, coach and challenge senior stakeholders to drive cultural and operational transformation Deliver both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational support Promote consistency and collaboration across HR teams in the UK and wider Europe
