The postholder will advise the Senior Leadership Executive and Governors on all HR matters, ensuring the School meets all employment law and regulatory requirements as well as compliance with safeguarding legislation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead and shape a people strategy that supports excellence in education within a warm, inclusive, and ambitious school community. The successful candidate will possess a

CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR Management (or substantial equivalent senior management experience)
