With a strong focus on innovation, customer centricity and modern design, the business is continuing to scale its presence across multiple international markets.This is a permanent position working fully onsite in London.This is a key leadership role within a high growth division, offering the opportunity to shape and evolve a best in class in house Creative Studio. You will play a central role in delivering impactful, customer focused creative across a wide range of channels, helping to drive brand consistency and elevate the overall customer experience.Working within a broader Design and Customer Experience function, this role operates at the intersection of brand, marketing and product, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business.The RoleAs Creative Studio Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters, overseeing the end to end delivery of creative output across all marketing touchpoints. From early stage concept development through to execution, you will ensure all work is aligned to brand strategy, commercially effective and tailored to customer needs.You will also take ownership of creative produced both internally and through external agency partners, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple regions.This role requires a strong creative leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands on direction, whilst building a high performing, collaborative team environment.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop a high performing in house creative team across design and copySet and drive creative direction across all channels including digital, social, CRM, paid media, video and offlineOversee the delivery of creative from concept through to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand and commercial objectivesPartner closely with marketing, product and customer experience teams to deliver cohesive, customer led campaignsShape and evolve the creative strategy in line with changing customer behaviours, content trends and media consumptionManage relationships with external creative agencies, ensuring output meets required standardsPresent creative concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling wayEnsure all creative output meets brand, accessibility and regulatory standardsDrive alignment between brand and product experience, working closely with research, content and product design teamsBuild strong internal relationships to ensure effective collaboration across markets and functionsRequirements10+ years of proven experience in a creative director leadership role within an agency or in house environment within B2C financial services or fintechStrong background across brand, campaigns, digital and social, with a focus on maintaining consistency across multiple channelsExperience defining and delivering creative strategy within a fast paced, consumer focused businessDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor and scale creative teamsA strong portfolio showcasing high quality, customer centric creative workHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallelComfortable operating in agile environments with shifting prioritiesProficiency in creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong awareness of emerging trends across design, technology and marketingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environmentDegree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceIf of interest, please send your CV now to apply!
