Our client is looking for a Head of Large Ticket Underwriting to lead on significant transactions – typically up to £750k – across asset and invoice finance portfolios.

• Take ownership of large and complex underwriting – structuring and approving deals up to £750k
• Work on multi‑product lending including asset finance and exposure to invoice finance
• Shape and refine credit propositions, ensuring commercial agility while maintaining robust governance
• Partner with the wider leadership team to drive business growth and explore emerging sectors such as renewables
• Mentor and develop junior underwriters, fostering best practice and consistency across the team
