Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Head of Legal Practice / Partner (HOLP) to spearhead this transformative phase. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in legal practice management, with the ability to oversee our expansion while ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead the transition to an ABS, ensuring all regulatory requirements are fulfilled for SRA registration.
• - Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding service areas beyond Immigration and Asylum.
• - Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services across various practice areas.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• - Mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• - Collaborate with the management team to align legal practices with the firm's strategic vision.
• - Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and enhance the firm's market presence.

Qualifications:

• - Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• - Proven experience in managing legal teams, particularly in a regulatory environment.
• - Strong knowledge of SRA regulations and compliance requirements for ABS firms.
• - Experience in business development and establishing new practice areas is preferred.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
