An exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a newly forming litigation department at a fast-growing disputes firm based near Temple.

The firm has an existing caseload of financial mis-selling claims and is now investing in a dedicated team to drive group actions in the business energy space, focused on cases involving secret commissions paid to brokers by suppliers. You’ll be the lead lawyer from day one, working closely with the partners to shape the strategy, manage junior resource, and drive high-impact litigation. There is strong internal infrastructure in place to support volume intake and claim generation.
