Maintenance strategy and execution Preventative maintenance planning (PPM) Breakdown response and root cause analysis Engineering team leadership Asset reliability and lifecycle management Spare parts and maintenance budget control Health & safety compliance within engineering Contractor and external supplier management You own uptime, reliability, and engineering standards.
