Head of Management Accounting:

Pinpoint Resourcing is working with a membership organisation based in Central London, actively seeking a Head of Management Accounting to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance all aspects of the management accounting function.
2. Improve technical compliance with accounting standards and audits.
3. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
4. Design, recruit, retain, develop, and manage a strong finance team that supports the organisation's strategic goals.
5. Oversee the development of budgets, forecasts, cash management, and system improvements; act as a finance business partner and develop related skills.
6. Partner with central and regional departments to understand local requirements and promote consistent working practices.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in financial management within a complex organisation.
• Ability to influence at senior levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong managerial skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Salary and Benefits:

• £70,000 - £85,000
• Extremely competitive pension scheme
