Role Overview Lead Production and Manufacturing Engineering within Operations. Drive efficient, high-quality, on-time manufacturing delivery. Manage and develop a team of leaders and technical specialists. Collaborate across engineering, programmes, finance, and commercial teams. Support DFM, cost modelling, and scalable production growth. Embed best-in-class processes and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
