Fiercely INDEPENDENT Broker who are looking for a Cargo and Stock Throughput Leader to build out a team and global proposition.

This Broker already handles international Hull and Machinery and War business and also often receives cargo enquiries, but are needing a true leader / broker to capitalise on this.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and capitalise on cargo opportunities, dealing with both 1st and 3rd party business.
• Build out a team and global proposition.
• Develop talent and travel internationally to meet and prospect for new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in brokerage or related insurance fields.
• Ability to drive growth, develop talent and manage international client relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
