Navis have partnered exclusively with one of the worlds leaders in Maritime Services. The company has a worldwide presence and operates a fleet of more than 400 vessels in 100 ports in 18 countries on 4 continents
The UK fleet has more than doubled in size in recent years and due to continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Marine Operations to join the senior management team in the UK. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the General Manager.
The role is office based and can be based from either Liverpool, Hull or Essex.
Responsibilities The Head of Marine Operations, is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all towage activities in the UK and organises the operations in such a way that they deliver exceptional performance to their customers.
Lead, motivate, and support large teams, geographically spread across the UK. Ensure the development of the operations department through work design, training and coaching to achieve operational goals. Contribute to the annual business plan for the area.
