A global investment bank is seeking a Marketing Director to own and execute the B2B marketing strategy for a key division within the business that covers Infrastructure & Energy. You’ll be the POC globally and you’ll assist the division achieve its ambitious 5-year growth target. Responsibilities
Work with CMO to develop marketing strategy in the UK, Europe and North America, and oversee execution of strategies Build a data-first marketing function by owning analytics across traffic, engagement, pipeline growth with sales and conversion optimisation Build a calendar of face-to-face events and execute with help from team Oversee continuous optimisation of digital channels and marketing tech infrastructure to improve insights, efficiency, and customer experience Requirements
Senior marketing leader / director experience with an understanding in Energy, ESG, Utilities, Waste and Power or similar verticals is essential. A solid background in private equity / mergers & acquisitions (M&A) would be considered Global experience also essential Demonstrated success influencing at C-suite or executive leadership level, driving strategic alignment and contributing to enterprise decision-making Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth, brand elevation, and market expansion Knowledge of growth marketing, brand leadership, and data-driven performance optimisation at scale Future-focused strategic thinker, with a track record of leveraging emerging technologies and evolving marketing models to drive competitive differentiation Implement marketing automation systems – HubSpot and Salesforce Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams Familiarity with branding fundamentals and proficiency in digital marketing channels
