Role Description We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our Group marketing function. This is a senior role responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategy across all developments. Every project demands a different voice, not a brand rinse and repeat, you will help define the narrative, not just execute it. The role will not be to market plots, you will be shaping the public story of places that will exist for 100+ years. Heritage, architecture, landscape and lifestyle are not backdrops, they are the project. This role requires judgement not just competence. You’ll lead a talented in‑house team, oversee multi‑channel campaigns, drive digital performance, ensure brand consistency and work closely with Sales, Land, Technical and Interior Design teams to support commercial success and protect our brand.
