Head of Marketing
Derby - Hybrid working
One year fixed term contract
Salary up to £65,000

We are working with a Derby based technology group operating across multiple brands. This one year maternity cover requires someone with a short notice period who can quickly step into a senior, strategic marketing role.

You will lead market and competitor analysis, manage buyer persona development, and support customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders and sales leaders, you will shape brand positioning, develop go to market strategies, and deliver sales enablement programmes that support commercial goals.

You will oversee the effectiveness of internal communications, ensure strong campaign execution through the marketing team, and support the development of team members. The role also involves evaluating vendor and partner strategies, identifying new partners and customer segments, and measuring brand awareness and perception.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience managing multiple brands or businesses.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident, data driven, and able to challenge constructively.
  • Experienced with CRM and market research tools.
  • Strong communicator with experience working across departments.
