Elevation Marketplace Services operates a centralised Amazon Seller platform that combines our own products with partner brands, allowing them to scale through our infrastructure.

Over the past 12 months we have:

  • significantly improved margins
  • scaled multiple vendor and seller accounts
  • built a hybrid model that integrates agency, operations, and marketplace trading

We are currently operating at ~£2.5M annual Seller revenue, with a clear path to scale this to £7M+ over the next 12–18 months as we continue to grow partner brands through our platform.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, remote‑first role (UK‑based) with occasional time in Oswestry.

We are looking for a Head of Marketplace Growth to take ownership of our Amazon Seller account — the core commercial engine of the business.

This is not a traditional account management role.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving performance, and leading EU expansion (PAN‑EU FBA) across a portfolio of products and partner brands trading through our account.

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue across our Amazon Seller account (UK + EU)
  • Lead the launch and scaling of EU marketplaces (PAN‑EU FBA)
  • Identify and scale high‑performing SKUs across multiple brands
  • Improve conversion through listing optimisation (content, images, A+)
  • Manage and scale PPC activity while maintaining profitability (TACOS)
  • Make commercial decisions on pricing, promotions, and SKU mix
  • Monitor performance at SKU level and act decisively on data
  • Work closely with account managers and operations to maximise performance

What Success Looks Like

  • EU marketplaces launched and generating meaningful revenue within 3–6 months
  • UK Seller revenue growth re‑established
  • Contribution margins maintained at 15%+
  • £40k–£80k additional monthly revenue delivered

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years experience managing Amazon Seller accounts
  • Proven track record of growing revenue (not just managing accounts)
  • Strong commercial mindset — understands margin as well as sales
  • Experience scaling accounts or launching new markets (EU essential)
  • Confident making decisions and taking ownership
  • Analytical and comfortable working with performance data

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a client account management role
  • Not purely operational
  • Not execution‑only

This is a commercial ownership role with responsibility for growth.

  • £45,000 – £55,000 base salary
