Head of Maths The Role: Lead the Maths Department : Oversee the curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessments for Key Stages 3 & 4.

Inspire and Support : Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated maths teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative department.

Drive Student Success : Ensure high standards of teaching and learning, encouraging students to excel in mathematics.

Head of Maths What We're Looking For: Experienced Maths Teacher : You have a strong track record of teaching maths across Key Stages 3 & 4 , with excellent subject knowledge.

Leadership Skills : You have experience in a leadership or management role, or you are a talented teacher ready to step into a leadership position.

Innovative and Collaborative : You're able to inspire and engage both staff and students, promoting a love for learning and continuous improvement.

Qualified Teacher : You hold QTS certification and have a passion for developing both students and staff in mathematics.
