Salary £75,000 - £100,000 per annum + Benefits


A globally recognised, award winning architecture practice known for delivering innovative, high impact projects across diverse sectors continue to expand their portfolio and strengthen their strategic position. They are seeking an exceptional Head of New Business to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and unlock new opportunities.


In this senior leadership role, you will shape and execute the practice’s business development strategy, identify emerging markets, nurture key partnerships, and champion their design ethos to prospective clients and collaborators. You will work closely with Directors and sector leads to craft compelling pitches, lead targeted outreach, and position the practice at the forefront of industry conversations. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong network within the built environment (UK and globally) and will have a proven track record winning significant work in creative or professional services. They will also combine strategic thinking with hands on initiative, bringing energy, insight, and commercial acumen to a highly respected design-led studio.
