It's not very often an opportunity like this comes up...

Ready to lead innovation at scale? I'm looking for a dynamic Head of NPD to drive the product agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site food manufacturing business on a 12-18 month fixed term contract basis. This role requires a 'Do-er'. Someone who is going to roll their sleeves up and get involved! and be able to juggle multiple projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading innovation strategy and product pipeline
  • Owning and optimising the Product Change Process
  • Delivering multi-site, multi-customer NPD projects
  • Developing and inspiring a talented NPD team
  • Driving quality, efficiency, and commercial success

What we're looking for:

  • Proven NPD leadership experience in food manufacturing
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen
  • Ability to influence at senior level internally and externally
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
