Exciting career opportunity available for a experienced Head of Operations to work within a professional Services environment in London City.Working with the executive leadership team you will work with the executive leadership team of the organisation to help shape and grow the IT/Digital function within the organisation.Starting with a blank canvass you will get the oppertunity to act as a strategic partner to a broad set of senior leaders and stakeholders, translating organisational strategy into executable operational outcomes while maintaining stability, governance, and resilience across the business to support the overall IT maturity of the business, ensuring business benefits are identified and championed across the business. You be responsible for creating a new operational delivery model and continuous improvement / Change initiatives across the businessSuited candidates will have excellent experience of delivering operational excellence by embedding robust business processes, driving change adoption, strengthening business engagement, establishing meaningful metrics and KPIs, building organisational capability through training and digital literacy, and ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are met.Key skills and experienceOperating model design and business operations management.Strategic planning and operational execution.Implementing Change management frameworks and adoption techniques.Drive Business process management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).Influencing without authority and managing competing prioritiesStakeholder management and executive communicationChange impact assessment and benefits realisation.Implement performance management, metrics, and KPI frameworks.Governance & Assurance- regulatory, risk, and compliance principles relevant Professional Services sectorDigital and data concepts, sufficient to lead technology‑enabled change.Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, complexity and uncertainty.Leading and developing multi‑disciplinary operational teams.Process design, documentation, and optimisation.Defining, analysing, and interpreting KPIs and performance data.Risk identification, mitigation, and compliance oversight.Designing and sponsoring training and capability uplift initiatives.If you are a Head of Operations professional who thrives on be giving the attonomy, empowerment, and enviroment to quickly adopt and implement worldclass operational best practices, then this job could be perfect for you.
