This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in a senior position looking to work with a growing organisation. Role & Responsibilities
Manage the members of the HR team Lead payroll end-to-end Create reports and metrics and work closely with founders to improve the company Oversee the finance operations Lead on all ER cases Oversee training for the company
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in a senior operations role Experience working with a growing company Good knowledge on HR policies Good knowledge on finance processes An excellent communicator Hard‑working and ambitious A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
