We are seeking a Head of Operations on a fixed-term maternity cover contract to take full ownership of Logistics, Customer Service, and Order Management across the region. This is a hands-on, build-and-optimise role , ideal for an ambitious operations leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and can make an immediate impact.

The Role Reporting into senior leadership and working closely with HQ, Sales, and external partners, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for UK operations while also shaping and optimising supply into Ireland.
