About the Role The One Aftersales team are looking for a Head of Parts Supply Chain. This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Milton Keynes on a hybrid working basis. You will report directly into the One Aftersales Director. What you could be doing

Responsible for ensuring that all parts are delivered to our retail partners and TPS centres on time to keep our customers mobile and drive commercial impact. Coordinating activity of all areas of parts logistics including inventory management and warehouse/transport management. Ensure that the warehouse operation and onward distribution is operating within KPIs daily by managing the SLAs and liaising with multiple business stakeholders. Through interaction with key stakeholders in the brands, factories and retailer networks, formulate and gain approval for the UK Logistics strategy, which is consistent with the global business orientation and philosophy. Drive innovation through the supply chain increasing customer satisfaction and business efficiencies.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to deliver outstanding results through others. In depth knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations and supply chain management. Strategic view and constant continuous improvement. As part of the Aftersales senior leadership team, have the confidence to communicate clearly with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders as well as maintain a commercial perspective on activities taken in your area.
