Head of Passive Fire

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Passive Fire Protection to lead and oversee all aspects of passive fire protection works across a well-established and highly respected business. This is a key leadership role with significant scope for growth, working predominantly with housing associations and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of all passive fire protection contracts from inception to completion
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, including BM TRADA FIRAS accreditation
- Lead, manage, and develop operational teams across multiple sites
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, particularly within housing associations and local authorities
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
- Monitor performance, budgets, and project timelines
- Support business growth and contribute to strategic planning
- Proven experience in a senior role within passive fire protection
- Strong working knowledge of BM TRADA FIRAS standards and compliance
- Experience managing large-scale contracts and teams
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication xbpsjku skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, all expenses paid for.
