This position provides real autonomy and influence, with a seat at the senior leadership table and the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact.
The business is entering a new phase of growth and transformation following a shift in senior leadership, with a clear focus on evolving its culture, developing its people, and modernising ways of working.
This is a standalone HR leadership role with responsibility for developing and delivering the people agenda across the group.
The role will focus on
• Leading a cultural transformation within a long-established workforce, engaging and bringing people with you through change • workforce • Act as the lead HR voice within the senior leadership team • Developing performance, career development, and succession plans, including knowledge transfer from long-serving employees • Design and implement modern people practices across the business • Review and evolve policies, contracts, appraisal process and benefit structures • Ensure compliance with current employment legislation
The successful person
• Has experience in a generalist HR leadership role within an SME or multi-site environment • Has led or heavily contributed to culture change or transformation initiatives • Is confident operating as a standalone HR...
