Overview
Directly reporting to the Marketing Director, the purpose of this role is to lead and scale the organisation's retention and acquisition strategy across paid digital channels, organic search and CRM activity.

The Role
Your day-to-day duties will involve:
Develop and execute integrated strategies across paid digital and CRM (email/SMS) to meet acquisition and retention targets.
Own and optimise the digital channel mix, paid search, display, social, affiliates and SEO.
Lead, mentor and manage high performing teams across both performance marketing and CRM functions, foster innovation and best practice sharing.
Oversee lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalisation, and loyalty strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue.
Allocate and manage multi-million-pound budgets for both paid media and CRM; maximising ROAS and customer value.
Align performance marketing and CRM activity, especially around key business periods.
Analyse channel and campaign data to optimise acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, analytics, finance and customer experience to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Lead CRM platform optimisation and migration projects as needed, ensuring effective data management and automated communications.
Present insights, recommendations, and strategic reports to senior leadership; act as a champion for data-driven, customer-centric marketing.
The Ideal Candidate
Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role is essential
Expertise in paid digital channels, CRM systems and lifecycle marketing
Data driven approach with strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills
Experience with segmentation, personalisation, automation, and customer journey mappings within CRM
Outstanding leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Proficient user of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
University Degree (or equivalent) preferable
