They already have two high-performing recruiters placing into the US Data & AI market, and you’ll take ownership of that function from day one while shaping the wider growth strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and scale the permanent division from 2 heads to 10+ within 12–18 months
• Work closely with senior leadership to define growth strategy, market focus, and structure
• Develop and execute plans to dominate the US Data & AI perm market, leveraging an already-established contract client base
• Hands-on billing leadership — setting the tone with your own performance and client wins
• Build a best-in-class candidate and client experience that matches the firm’s elite standards
