The Job This senior role reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and is responsible for leading the organisation's planning and performance function. You'll oversee delivery of the Corporate Plan, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), support the annual budget-setting process, and maintain the corporate risk register. The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and governance bodies to ensure strategic alignment and informed decision-making. The Person We're looking for someone with: - Proven experience in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk management. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Experience working with senior leadership. - Sector experience in charities, membership organisations, or healthcare is desirable.
