Overview We’ve partnered with a globally recognised, consumer-facing organisation to hire a Head of Planning to lead UK strategic alignment and commercial growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of cross-functional decision-making, ensuring plans are aligned, data-informed and delivered at pace. You’ll own annual and multi-year planning cycles, coordinate campaigns and trading priorities, and act as the central link between UK teams and global functions. What you’ll be doing as Head of Planning:
Leading annual and long-range UK planning processes Aligning commercial, brand, digital and operations teams Coordinating campaigns, promotions and seasonal launches Embedding KPI tracking and performance reviews Driving clarity, accountability and execution across stakeholders
Key Requirements for a Head of Planning:
Proven experience in strategic or commercial planning leadership Strong cross-functional stakeholder management Data-driven with strong commercial judgement Experience delivering plans in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments Background in entertainment, tourism or hospitality preferred
