Position Overview Head of PR, Communications & Content is responsible for shaping and delivering Advania UKI’s external and internal communications strategy, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative across media, leadership, employees, partners, and customers. As a senior brand leader, this role also acts as a Brand Champion for Advania UKI – owning, protecting, and elevating the brand across all touchpoints. The role ensures that the Advania brand is consistently expressed, clearly understood, and credibly represented through communications, content, leadership behaviour, and storytelling. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role works closely with the UKI leadership team, global brand and communications colleagues, People & Culture, Marketing, and external agencies to strengthen brand awareness, trust, and reputation while supporting growth, transformation, and The Advania Way alignment. What Success Looks Like
Establish category‑leading PR and corporate communications across the UK and Ireland Champion and strengthen the Advania brand, narrative, and tone of voice across all audiences Build trust, credibility, and consistency in how Advania UKI shows up externally and internally Deliver clear, engaging internal communications to support growth, change, and cultural alignment Position Advania UKI leaders as credible, authentic industry thought leaders Support commercial growth, partner strategy (especially Microsoft), M&A integration, talent attraction, and crisis communications
Salary & Benefits The budgeted salary for this role is £80,000 – £90,000 a year, depending on experience. Act as a senior Brand Champion for Advania UKI, owning the integrity, consistency, and evolution of the brand narrative Ensure Advania’s brand positioning, values, and tone of voice are consistently applied across PR, communications, content, and leadership messaging Translate group brand strategy into a strong, locally relevant UKI narrative Develop and execute an integrated PR and external communications strategy aligned to Advania UKI’s business plan and brand positioning Own media relations across tier‑one, trade, and sector press in the UK and Ireland Secure high‑impact coverage that supports category ownership, credibility, and commercial priorities Define priority thought leadership themes aligned to Advania’s strategic offerings, growth priorities, and partner ecosystem Position executives and subject‑matter experts as authoritative, visible industry voices Shape leadership narratives that reinforce brand credibility and relevance Own and evolve Advania UKI’s messaging architecture and narrative framework Create, edit, and oversee high‑quality copy for press releases, thought leadership, executive communications, corporate announcements, web content, campaigns, and internal channels Act as guardian of tone of voice, editorial quality, and narrative coherence across the business Define and track success across PR, communications, and content including share of voice, sentiment, message pull‑through, engagement, and internal reach Act as a trusted communications and brand advisor to the UKI leadership team
Qualifications & Experience Essential
Senior PR and communications leadership experience within B2B technology, IT services, or professional services Demonstrable experience leading both external and internal communications Strong brand stewardship experience, acting as a guardian and champion of brand narrative and tone of voice Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capability, with confidence operating as a senior copywriter Strong media relationships across business and technology press Experience advising senior leaders and operating in complex, matrixed organisations Proven agency management experience UK & Ireland market experience, including understanding of the media landscape

Experience supporting business growth, transformation, or M&A Experience working with or alongside Microsoft
