This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship – you must have a pre-existing Right to Work in the UK. You are an experienced private client leader who can deliver exceptional service at scale. You are a fully qualified Solicitor or a Chartered Legal Executive with current practising rights in the UK. You have 5‑10 years Post Qualification Experience in private client law.

About the Role This unique opportunity is to head up and build a team that supports the established farming community by providing bespoke wealth management and business advisory services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor with a thorough understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney. You will manage your own caseload and build a high‑performing team, driving client strategy and delivering exceptional service tailored to rural enterprises. Key Responsibilities

Lead the private client group and build a high‑performing legal team. Strategically develop and maintain client relationships with private clients in the farming sector. Oversee the delivery of legal services across wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney. Drive client strategy, develop a high‑performing team, and ensure delivery of exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of rural enterprises.

Qualifications

Fully qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with current practising rights in the UK. Minimum of 5‑10 years Post Qualification Experience in private client law. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage a caseload in a client‑focused environment. Strong understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
