I'm currently recruiting for a Head of Procurement role for a manufacturing business based in the Northampton area. This is a standout opportunity to shape and lead procurement within a growing organisation at a pivotal stage, with responsibility across both aftermarket and indirect spend.

As Head of Procurement, you'll sit at the heart of the business connecting strategy, supply chain, and performance. You'll lead the transformation of procurement into a strategic, value-driving function, influencing key decisions and supporting growth in a competitive automotive environment.

• Lead and evolve procurement across aftermarket and indirect categories
• Develop and deliver a clear procurement strategy aligned to business goals
• Build strong supplier partnerships across parts, services, and indirect spend
