Overview

A global B2B organisation is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Marketing to drive growth through digital lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and high-velocity transactional sales. This role combines strategy with execution and includes building and leading an international product marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and accelerate sales pipeline velocity
  • Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) approaches for transactional sales focused on speed, scale, and efficiency
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, geographically distributed marketing team
  • Partner closely with sales and regional stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Track performance, analyse results, and provide clear insights to senior stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation
  • Proven success with ABM frameworks and marketing automation (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
