The Role The Programmatic Lead will be responsible for defining, scaling, and leading the agency's programmatic proposition. This is a senior and highly strategic role that combines leadership, commercial thinking, and hands‑on expertise. You will set the roadmap for how programmatic operates within the business – establishing frameworks, best practice, and standards for delivery – while remaining close enough to campaigns to ensure excellence in execution. With a strong video‑first mindset, you will drive innovation across Online Video, YouTube, and Connected TV, ensuring programmatic plays a central role in the agency's broader media offering. Working closely with senior leadership and client teams, you will help shape growth strategies, support new business opportunities, and build scalable processes that support long‑term channel development. Key Responsibilities
Own & Scale the Programmatic Proposition Define and lead the overall programmatic vision, strategy, planning, and delivery across the agency Integrate programmatic effectively within the wider media offering Develop and evolve planning, activation, and measurement frameworks Build scalable processes and workflows to support sustainable growth Drive programmatic revenue growth and channel adoption Take ownership of team output, ensuring high standards and commercial impact Oversee end‑to‑end programmatic campaign activation Manage activity across key DSPs including DV360 and The Trade Desk Lead programmatic strategy within new business pitches and growth plans Strategy, Innovation & Commercial Growth
You
Strong hands‑on experience across leading DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk Deep expertise in video environments including Online Video, YouTube, and Connected TV Proven ability to lead programmatic strategy while maintaining operational oversight Commercially minded with experience driving revenue growth or channel expansion Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building new processes and capabilities Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and clients Highly analytical with strong optimisation and performance forecasting skills Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment Natural leader with the potential to build and develop a programmatic team
