Head of Programmes - Developments
6 Days Old
At Community Health Partnerships (CHP), we’re dedicated to improving health outcomes by creating the spaces where care happens. As a wholly owned company of the Department of Health and Social Care, we manage over 300 high-quality community health buildings across England. We work in partnership with the NHS and local systems to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions that support integrated care, reduce health inequalities, and enable better services closer to home. Our mission is simple: enable better care through better spaces.
Join us as our new Head of Programmes and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CHP’s national capital programme. This is a high‑profile and strategically critical position, leading the integrated planning, controls and governance that underpin delivery of complex, multi‑region infrastructure programmes across the healthcare estate.
You’ll provide senior leadership to Programme Managers, drive best‑practice standards across the team, and work directly with internal and external partners—including Board‑level stakeholders—to ensure our programmes are robust, well‑governed and delivering meaningful impact for communities.
If you are an experienced programme leader with exceptional strategic insight, a passion for driving performance, and the confidence to influence at the highest levels, this role offers the opportunity to shape national investment, strengthen delivery capability and make a tangible difference to public infrastructure.
Contractual base is national, applicants are welcome from all over the country.
