Head of Projects (Fire & Security / AV) A respected, independently owned Fire & Security and AV specialist is looking for a Head of Projects to take full ownership of its Project Delivery function. This is a true leadership role, not just a step up in title. While this position sits at Head of level, the business is open to individuals currently operating as a Senior Project Manager, Head of Projects, Operations Manager, Head of Operations or Technical Manager, who are already influencing delivery at a departmental level and are ready to take full ownership. You will be overseeing a live portfolio that can exceed 80 active installations at any one time, with individual project values reaching into the millions (£££). You will lead a team of Project Managers, take ownership of departmental P&L, manage forecasting and reporting, and work closely with the Engineering Director to balance manpower, delivery performance and margin control.
