An established investment manager within London’s prime real estate market is seeking a Head of Property Management to lead a team within its growing business.
Built through thoughtful, disciplined decision‑making, the business focuses on long‑term value rather than quick extraction, managing a high‑quality Grade A commercial portfolio.
The role:
- Leadership of a small, high‑performing property management team
- Oversight of Grade A commercial assets (up to 100,000 sq ft)
- Close collaboration with an in‑house Asset Management team
- A pivotal position within a growing, well‑capitalised business
