The individual will oversee day-to-day property management operations, lead a team of property managers, implement strong processes and make sure they are followed by all team members, take on the responsability of their actions and ensure smooth communication with landlords and tenants.QualificationsProven experience in property management, tenant relations, and property maintenance processesAbility to lead and manage teams while fostering professional growthKnowledge of UK property laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsOrganizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiencyProficiency in property management software and related technology applicationsAny certification or degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not a dealbreakerExperience in working within a client‑facing role, particularly with international or overseas clients, is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
