Head of Property Management (Block Management) Location: Manchester Salary: £55,000 £60,000 per annum Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Property Management to join a well-established, independent block management company. This role has become available due to the long-standing Head of Department stepping down after many years of service, presenting a fantastic opportunity to take over a stable, well-run portfolio and play a key role in the future growth of the business. The company manages circa 4,000 units and has a strong reputation for its collaborative, supportive culture and low staff turnover. The Role As Head of Property Management, you will: Oversee a team of 5 (4 Property Managers and 1 Assistant Property Manager) Manage your own portfolio Including 3 large residential estates (circa 600 units) Some High-Rise Buildings (HRBs), with no cladding concerns
Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio Provide leadership, support, and development to your team Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business About the Company
