Duties * Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with business goals * Set performance targets for portfolios (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) * Identify opportunities for growth, acquisitions, or improvements * Lead and manage property managers, leasing agents, and support staff * Recruit, train, and evaluate employees * Ensure high performance and professional development across the team * Prepare and manage budgets for properties * Monitor income, expenses, and profitability * Approve major expenditures and cost-control initiatives * Oversee rent collection and financial reporting * Act as the main contact for property owners, investors, and key stakeholders * Provide regular updates and performance reports * Maintain strong client relationships * Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention * Support acquisitions and onboarding of new properties Skills * experience in residential property management, * property maintenance and compliance requirements Knowledge * Team Leadership * Excellent communication skills * Client Relationship skills * Organisational skills * Multitasking and problem solving If you are interested in this Head of Property Management position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
