Reporting to our CFO, you will take ownership of estate performance, compliance, and investment, ensuring our portfolio is safe, efficient, and aligned to operational and financial goals. You will lead a programme of refurbishments, extensions, and selective new developments, while identifying opportunities to unlock value across the estate.
