The Role: As Head of Provisioning, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for broadband, VoIP, and associated telecoms services. Leading a team of provisioning specialists, you'll drive efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and ensure customer activations are completed smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the provisioning team to deliver high-quality telecoms services. Oversee workflows across broadband, VoIP, and other connectivity solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and escalate service issues where required. Collaborate with engineering, support, and commercial teams to align operational delivery. Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline performance. Ensure accurate system record-keeping and proactive communication with customers during order fulfilment. Act as a key escalation point for complex provisioning issues or supplier delays. Contribute to strategic planning and development of scalable service delivery processes. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in telecoms provisioning, operations, or service delivery. Strong people management skills with experience leading high-performance teams. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. A proactive mindset and a strong focus on process improvement. Ability to work across multiple platforms and coordinate between internal departments and external suppliers. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience: Understanding of VoIP, FTTP/FTTC provisioning, and mobile activation processes. Experience with wholesale telecom providers in the UK or Ireland.
