We are working on a brilliant senior opportunity with a fast-paced apparel business to lead the QA and technical function across their menswear categories. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role for a technical expert who can confidently manage fit, quality, compliance, and supplier standards while partnering cross-functionally to deliver on the critical path.
The successful candidate will bring leadership, resilience, and in-depth menswear expertise to support a multi-brand, high-volume product environment. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities will include * Set and implement QA and technical strategy aligned with brand and customer requirements * Oversee fit, grading, construction, testing, and fabric performance across menswear categories * Ensure full compliance with UK, EU, and international regulations and licensing standards * Own the technical critical path and drive timely approvals and problem resolution * Work closely with offshore factories to ensure consistent product quality and manage supplier performance * Resolve technical and compliance issues at speed without compromising brand integrity * Partner with design, production, sourcing and supply chain to support fast-paced product development * Support continuous improvement in quality and product consistency across all touch point...
